Shatavari शतावरी
Asparagus racemosus. The herb this tradition reaches for first in formulations for women, described in the classical texts as a rasayana, a rejuvenative. That long use is why it is here.
About Evergreen Healthcare
This category is loud. It promises cup sizes, overnight change and results nobody can honestly promise. We built the opposite of that.
Our story
Evergreen Healthcare is an Ayurvedic practice, not a shop. There is no catalogue on this site and nothing to add to a basket, because the useful thing is almost never a jar on its own.
You tell us what you are seeing and since when. We talk you through a routine for it, what the tradition uses, how it is taken, how long it is usually given before anything is judged, and who it does not suit. If it is something we do not help with, we say so on the call rather than sell you the nearest thing.
We advise on eighteen named concerns across breast, skin, weight, hair and body shaping. They are all listed, in the words people actually use for them, on the concerns page. Start there.
Our standards
We will describe what you are seeing. We will not tell you what will happen to your body, in what time, or by how much. Nobody honest can.
Body comparison photography sells things and damages people. We do not use it, in any channel, including advertising.
This is traditional care and food supplements. It is not a medicine, a treatment or a cure, and it does not replace your doctor. If a symptom is new or getting worse, we will tell you to go and see one.
The order is taken on a call, and the same number keeps working after the parcel arrives. A question part way through a routine is the normal case here, not a complaint.
Before you buy anything
Nothing here is bought from a shelf. You tell us what you are seeing, and we talk it through with you first.
On WhatsApp or on a call, in your own words. There is no form to fill and nothing to buy at this point. The more plainly you describe it, the more useful the answer is.
What the tradition uses for that concern, how it is taken, how long it is usually given before anything is judged, and who it does not suit. If it is something we do not help with, we will say so.

Inside the formulations
Named, with what they are traditionally used for and nothing added on top.
Asparagus racemosus. The herb this tradition reaches for first in formulations for women, described in the classical texts as a rasayana, a rejuvenative. That long use is why it is here.
A kitchen herb in most Indian households long before anybody sold it in a capsule. It has centuries of traditional use behind it, which is a plainer recommendation than most ingredients can offer.
Pueraria tuberosa. A tuber used in classical formulations as a rejuvenative, and traditionally given alongside shatavari rather than on its own.
Liquorice root, used traditionally to round off a formulation and soften the stronger herbs in it. Worth one caution: liquorice does not suit everybody, particularly with high blood pressure or certain medicines. Ask us before you start.
What you tell us stays between you and the person you speak to. Ask anything, however personal. That is what the call is for.
