Delivery
Your order is agreed on the phone with a member of our team, who will confirm the address and the amount before anything is dispatched. Parcels usually arrive within five to seven days of dispatch. You will be given a tracking number, and you can ring us for it at any point.
We deliver across India. Cash on delivery is available.
If the parcel does not arrive
Ring us. We can see where it is with the courier, and chasing it is our job rather than yours.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
Tell us within 48 hours of the parcel arriving and keep the packaging. We will replace it. A photograph helps and is not required.
Returns
To be filled in by us before this page goes out: whether an unopened preparation can be returned, within how many days, and who pays the return postage. We have deliberately not written a policy here that we have not agreed to, because a returns policy is a promise and it has to be one we will keep.
What we can say today: if we have sent you the wrong thing, that is ours to put right at our cost.
