Ask about Uplift Glutes (Hips)

Leave your number and we call you back. Nobody else sees it.

How this works

You tell us what you are seeing and how long it has been going on. We ask a few questions back, because the same complaint has more than one cause and the routine is different for each. Then we suggest something, and we tell you honestly if we do not think it will help.

What is realistic

Ayurveda works slowly and it works on some things and not others. A routine is worth starting when you can give it months rather than days, and it is worth stopping when nothing has changed. We do not promise a result, a size or a date, and anybody in this trade who does is guessing at your expense.

Nothing here is a medicine or a substitute for seeing a doctor. If something is painful, changing quickly, or new and one sided, please have it looked at properly first.

Cosmetic and food supplement products. Individual results vary. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Before you buy anything

You will be talking to a person

Nothing here is bought from a shelf. You tell us what you are seeing, and we talk it through with you first.

  1. You tell us what you are seeing

On WhatsApp or on a call, in your own words. There is no form to fill and nothing to buy at this point. The more plainly you describe it, the more useful the answer is.

  2. We talk through a routine, not a purchase

What the tradition uses for that concern, how it is taken, how long it is usually given before anything is judged, and who it does not suit. If it is something we do not help with, we will say so.

  3. You decide, and we are still here afterwards

The order is taken on the call, and the same number keeps working after the parcel arrives. Questions part way through a routine are the normal case, not a complaint.

Inside the formulations

The herbs we work with

Named, with what they are traditionally used for and nothing added on top.

Til taila तिल तेल

Sesame oil, the base of most Ayurvedic massage oils and of abhyanga, the daily self massage the tradition recommends. Massage is care for the skin and the muscle under it. It does not decide where the body keeps fat.

Ashwagandha अश्वगंधा

Withania somnifera. A rasayana, used traditionally to build strength alongside exercise. It is not taken in pregnancy, and ask us first if you have a thyroid condition.

Bala बला

Sida cordifolia. Its name means strength, and the tradition uses it in massage oils for the muscles. Taken by mouth it is not for anybody with high blood pressure or a heart condition, which is why we ask before suggesting it.

Shatavari शतावरी

Asparagus racemosus. A rasayana, a rejuvenative, given in the tradition in formulations for women. That long use is why it is here.

Your privacy comes first

What you tell us stays between you and the person you speak to. Ask anything, however personal. That is what the call is for.

Questions people actually ask

We do not promise that, in any wording. Shape comes from muscle, fat, bone and inheritance. What we offer is a routine of massage, strength and daily habits, and an honest conversation about what that can and cannot do.

No. Nothing rubbed in or taken by mouth chooses where the body keeps or loses fat. Muscle is the part you can work on in one place, and that is exercise.

Yes, honestly. The routine is built around exercise you can do at home, and we will tell you so rather than sell you something that pretends otherwise.

Tell us every medicine you take and every condition you are being treated for, and never stop anything your doctor prescribed. Some herbs do not mix with some medicines, and we would rather ask than guess. In pregnancy, please talk to your doctor before anything.

No, and we will not publish them. A photograph proves very little about what anybody else can expect, and it is exactly what the law on advertising remedies is there to stop.
