How we approach it

Shatavari, शतावरी. Asparagus racemosus. The herb this tradition reaches for first in formulations for women, described in the classical texts as a rasayana, a rejuvenative. That long use is why it is here.

Fenugreek, मेथी. A kitchen herb in most Indian households long before anybody sold it in a capsule. It has centuries of traditional use behind it, which is a plainer recommendation than most ingredients can offer.

Vidarikand, विदारीकंद. Pueraria tuberosa. A tuber used in classical formulations as a rejuvenative, and traditionally given alongside shatavari rather than on its own.

Yashtimadhu, मुलेठी. Liquorice root, used traditionally to round off a formulation and soften the stronger herbs in it. Worth one caution: liquorice does not suit everybody, particularly with high blood pressure or certain medicines. Ask us before you start.

How this works

You tell us what you are seeing and how long it has been going on. We ask a few questions back, because the same complaint has more than one cause and the routine is different for each. Then we suggest something, and we tell you honestly if we do not think it will help.

What is realistic

Ayurveda works slowly and it works on some things and not others. A routine is worth starting when you can give it months rather than days, and it is worth stopping when nothing has changed. We do not promise a result, a size or a date, and anybody in this trade who does is guessing at your expense.

Nothing here is a medicine or a substitute for seeing a doctor. If something is painful, changing quickly, or new and one sided, please have it looked at properly first.

Cosmetic and food supplement products. Individual results vary. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Before you buy anything

You will be talking to a person

Nothing here is bought from a shelf. You tell us what you are seeing, and we talk it through with you first.

  1. You tell us what you are seeing

On WhatsApp or on a call, in your own words. There is no form to fill and nothing to buy at this point. The more plainly you describe it, the more useful the answer is.

  2. We talk through a routine, not a purchase

What the tradition uses for that concern, how it is taken, how long it is usually given before anything is judged, and who it does not suit. If it is something we do not help with, we will say so.

  3. You decide, and we are still here afterwards

The order is taken on the call, and the same number keeps working after the parcel arrives. Questions part way through a routine are the normal case, not a complaint.

The herbs we work with

Named, with what they are traditionally used for and nothing added on top.

Shatavari शतावरी

Asparagus racemosus. The herb this tradition reaches for first in formulations for women, described in the classical texts as a rasayana, a rejuvenative. That long use is why it is here.

Fenugreek मेथी

A kitchen herb in most Indian households long before anybody sold it in a capsule. It has centuries of traditional use behind it, which is a plainer recommendation than most ingredients can offer.

Vidarikand विदारीकंद

Pueraria tuberosa. A tuber used in classical formulations as a rejuvenative, and traditionally given alongside shatavari rather than on its own.

Yashtimadhu मुलेठी

Liquorice root, used traditionally to round off a formulation and soften the stronger herbs in it. Worth one caution: liquorice does not suit everybody, particularly with high blood pressure or certain medicines. Ask us before you start.

Your privacy comes first

What you tell us stays between you and the person you speak to. Ask anything, however personal. That is what the call is for.

Questions people actually ask

No. No topical cosmetic changes breast size, and we will not tell you otherwise. Breast volume is glandular and fatty tissue governed by genetics, hormones, body weight and age. What we offer is an Ayurvedic routine, talked through with you on a call, for how the skin looks and feels. That is a different thing from a size change.

Skin turns over roughly every four weeks, so judge any topical product on two full cycles, about eight weeks of consistent twice daily use. Most people notice the skin looking better conditioned before they notice anything about firmness.

Speak to your doctor first. Our supplements are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. For the topical products, ask your doctor before using anything on the chest area while breastfeeding.

Patch test on the inner arm before first use and stop immediately if there is any reaction. Chest skin is thinner and more reactive than skin elsewhere. If a product does not suit you, contact us and we will sort out a return.

Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For opened products, contact us and tell us what happened. We would rather resolve it than keep the money.

No, and we will not be adding them. Body comparison imagery in this category sells products by making people feel worse about themselves, and results shown that way are almost never comparable in lighting, posture or time of day.
